Following a career in land surveying, cartography and marketing that lasted 28 years, Jon Maynard set up a land surveying practice in the year 2000 offering expert witness services in the fields of boundary demarcation and disputes, and in rights of way. The practice became a limited company that started operating in January 2004.

Jon Maynard Boundaries Ltd offers its services to clients in any part of England and Wales, and will accept instructions either from one party to a dispute or as a joint sole expert.
Preliminary professional advice is offered, as well as expert reports prepared according to Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Plans can be prepared suitable for 'Determined Boundary' applications.
