As well as excelling in boundary consultancy we offer our expert services that are party appointed including preparing expert reports for use in court proceedings, we can meet with the experts of the people who you are acting against or are acting against you to try and come to agreement over the boundary issues and solve the problems quicker, offering oral expert advice and testimony in court on our clients behalf.

Other services offered include the accurate measuring and mapping of land. We can be presented with a selection of aerial photographs and easily interpret them and determine where land boundaries are. We can provide clients with detailed specifications for large scales that will be published such as your common ordnance survey maps. We also have the expertise to take map and text based documents and analyse and compare them with accurate large scale plans to ensure that they are correct.

We have a great reputation that has been built up by the quality of our expert reporting and the high level of our performance in the field and in court.
