Boundary Dispute Experts

Monday, November 24, 2008

I would like to discuss the best options for choosing boundary dispute experts and choosing the the right professional for your particular needs and also where to go to find these experts.

Chartered land surveyors expertise lies in mapping, measuring and solving problems in a 3 dimensional format. If you require an expert to interpret mapping evidence for the boundary of your property then this is my field of expertise and can gladly offer you all the assistance you need.

If you have boundary issues that involve the party wall of 2 buildings then a chartered building surveyor is your solution. To find a chartered building surveyor I suggest you use the RICS directory.

If you are having boundary issues with a neighbour but you are both very amicable and feel you can come to an arrangement without the need for court action then the best solution is to find yourself a mediator. These are easily obtainable through the Yellow Pages or using the internet to do a search.

If however you cannot reach an agreement with your neighbour after the use of a mediator and the production of a surveyors report then your next point of contact should be a solicitor.

For further details then please visit my 'Choosing boundary dispute experts' page. You will find all the information you need. If you do however have any further queries then please feel free to contact me.
