Determined Boundary

Friday, February 12, 2010

Here at Jon Maynard Boundaries we can act as a determined boundary consultant offering impartial advice to help understand and resolve property boundary issues, including location and the extent of a public and private right of way.

As a determined boundary consultant we will offer our services to include investigation of the history relating to the property or land boundaries or the right of way by referring to old title deeds, ordnance survey maps, and photographs that have been taken using an aerial view or any documents that our client has in their possession.

As well as excelling in determined boundary issues we offer our expert services that are party appointed including preparing expert reports for use in court proceedings, we can meet with the experts of the people who you are acting against or are acting against you to try and come to agreement over the boundary issues and solve the problems quicker, offering oral expert advice and testimony in court on our clients behalf.

Other services offered include the accurate measuring and mapping of land. We can be presented with a selection of aerial photographs and easily interpret them and determine where land boundaries are. We can provide clients with detailed specifications for large scales that will be published such as your common ordnance survey maps. We also have the expertise to take map and text based documents and analyse and compare them with accurate large scale plans to ensure that they are correct.

We have a great reputation that has been built up by the quality of our expert reporting and the high level of our performance in the field and in court. We produce an extremely thorough expert report that is based on the total investigative process followed up with a logical deduction and a convincing expert opinion
